Bishop Alfonso blesses the Emperor of ConstantidiumPosted: May 1, 2014
لا إله إلا أن المهندس الأعظم للكون، والرسل هم ثلاثة عشر رسله
IN NOMINE MAGNUM ARCHITECTORUS MUNDI, ET FILII, ET SPIRITUS SANCTI, ET TREDECIM APOSTOLORUM, AMEN.
On the 1st day of May 2014 A.D. (2 Rajab 1435 A.H.) His Eminence Bishop Alfonso, the Grand Inquisitor of Snežanopol, blessed the coronation of Emperor Nektarios I Sebastos of Constantidium. During ceremony, His Imperial and Apostolic Majesty took the oath of office on the Bible and the Holy Qur’an, swearing to govern the people of Constantidium according to their respective laws and customs, as well as to maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Apostolic Church of Constantidium, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in Constantidium.
Once the oath was taken, a Solemn Mass celebrated by His Eminence Bishop Alfonso started, during which the people of Constantidium took homages to Emperor Nektarios I Sebastos in the name of the Great Architect of the Universe and the Thirteen Apostles.
The Holy Ministry has a long history of co-operation with Constantidium and its predecessor state 2 Rajab 1435 A.H. , after Emperor Iōannēs of Constantidium (the predecessor of Snežanopol), became the first national leader officially recognized by the Church, after the Apostolic Faith became the Official Religion of Snežanopol and after Snežanopol became the first state to introduce the Holy Inquisition.
